“Consider it done”

American Auto Body is a proud member of the Certified First nationwide network of quality automotive repair shops. Thanks to our customers, that’s right, our customers decided we deserve the Certified First recognition. To be eligible for the Certified First status, a repair facility must be approved by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) before consideration into this prestigious program.

After several interviews and an inspection process, an outside third party performs a customer satisfaction report to determine the percentage of satisfied customers. Only then is a shop invited to join the Certified First Network of quality rated auto body repair facilities. We are proud to be a member of this nationwide network of repair facilities.

AAA Approved Auto Body Repair

AAA of Colorado has recognized American Auto Body as an outstanding auto body repair facility and in doing so has invited us to join the AAA approved repair facility program. To maintain our AAA approved status, we perform an ongoing customer satisfaction survey monitored by AAA. This ensures that all our customers receive first-class treatment, and a quality yet efficient repair. Click on the AAA of Colorado logo for more information regarding AAA of Colorado.

ASE Certified Technicians

ASE stands for Automotive Service Excellence. ASE is a nationally accredited institute whose sole purpose is to certify the automotive service technician in the field of their profession. Every ASE certified technician must provide ASE proof of a minimum of two years at their specific position prior to taking the ASE tests. After completing (and passing) the test, technicians are awarded the ASE certification. ASE certifications are good for 5 years, at which point the technician needs to re-apply for further ASE testing. ASE has an expiration on its certificates as an effort to keep  certifications current and relevant to the changing technology in today’s vehicles. Toyota Certified Technicians

Automotive manufacturer’s certifications are normally issued to technicians who work at the manufacturer dealership. When we were invited to participate in Toyota’s certification program, we were honored and graciously accepted the invitation. We sent our technicians to Jacksonville, Florida, to participate in a “Toyota University” class specifically for collision repairs to Toyota vehicles, and formal instruction on how Toyota expects their vehicles to be repaired according to their strict standards. We are proud to employ Greeley’s only Toyota Certified auto body technicians!
